Welcome to OOM(Out of Mobs)! OOM is an organization built for individual raiders from small guilds to large guilds.

Phoenix Tear is sponsoring OOM with the intention of it acting as an umbrella for both PT and friends. Phoenix Tear guild bank privileges will be extended to all members of OOM as if all were full members of PT. The beauty here is -- you never have to leave your favorite guild to participate in and enjoy the benefits of OOM.

By opening up things like PT guildbank we hope to diminish the lure some raiders might have with switching guilds and it also puts all raiders on a level playing field in acquiring materials to raid.

Our current Raid Leaders are

Notice the short list. We would like additional personnel to step forward to lead raids. Any member of OOM can simply ASK to be a raid leader and permission will be granted. And we hope you WILL ask to join our raid leading team. It isn't a glamorous job and the neon light blinking your name in the sky probably isn't going to happen but hey...you get to wipe the raid on purpose by saying, "WIPE IT!" when things look bad.

The goal of OOM is to foster a family friendly atmosphere where raiders are encouraged to raid and improve themselves towards high end content. If you're honestly attempting to improve your ability to raid, we'll be happy to help. The requirements we set down are there because they are true requirements as we see it. We are going to set realistic expectations and strive to achieve them. These goals may be hard and challenging which is something to look forward to accomplishing as a team or unit. We may be individuals but we will be tasked to work together. If we accomplish an objective then we did it.

We are also focused on the casual time commitment so we are serious about people bringing and using flasks, potions, elixirs, buff foods, etc. Casual playing to OOM means not dedicating 20+ hours a week to raiding. Our raids focus on being no more than 4 hours long which means when we fire up a raid we go with the intention of clearing the place in less than 4 hours.
